Thrive Hempstead County Planning Meeting

This meeting is for all who participated in the first round of meetings years ago. (Coordinators, Co-Chairs, Steering Committee, Committee Chairs and Committee Members) If you have not participated and would like to do so, please make plans to join us. We will gather as a group for a progress report and then break out into committees to work on "what's next". Prior to the conclusion of the meeting, each committee will provide an update as to what they discussed during the small group session. Snacks will be provided.
