They will use ultrasound to check the carotid arteries for plaque, 5 lead EKG checking for atrial fibrillation, ultrasound of aorta checking for enlarged areas (aneurysm), blood pressures in arms & legs to check general circulation (ABI), body mass index (BMI), blood pressure & pulse.
